CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene) is an abrasion resistant synthetic rubber that demonstrates good durability against UV light, ozone, and grease as well as good flame retardation. While CSM does not contain any softening agents or anti-aging waxes, it is resistant to aging, even if exposed to alkaline and acid solutions at high mechanical stress in combination with high temperatures (up to 120?).
